PROGRAM
3:30 PM – Cooking workshop including 4-course dinner
We start with an adventurous and delicious outdoor cooking workshop. The cooking workshop is conducted in a fun, accessible, and hospitable way at Outdoor Cooking Giethoorn at farm Schouwenburg in Giethoorn. Your view is partly passing boats and partly the National Park Weerribben – Wieden.
The focus of this approximately four-hour cooking workshop is cooking with Dutch Ovens. You will get acquainted with different types of cast iron pans and learn the technique of cooking on a wood fire and with briquettes.
In groups, you will prepare a delicious meal. Each group cooks one or two dishes so that we prepare a complete 4-course dinner.
7:00 PM - Coffee, tea, and cake from the fire
We end the cooking workshop with coffee, tea, and cake from the fire.
The full package includes coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
Radler 0.0 and alcoholic drinks such as beer and wine are not included and must be paid for on-site
